Short and sweet

The rooms were clean and roomy. No character in hotel for being in North Dakota. The pool was refreshing and wonderful. Liked the late hours for the pool and huge slide the kids loved. Thank you. Also on has an arcade but we ran out of time. Kind of confusing to get around and cop guarding outside is never a good sign. Receptionist told us the wrong way to our room and we were supposed to be have a room with a balcony. We were on the first floor, weren't even close to the pool and it was a Wed night so there were a lot of rooms with a balcony available I'm sure around the pool bc of limited activity. Slippery around the pool. Needs breakfast option for the price. Had to spend $20+ at chic FIL across the way. Had to track down the front desk to check out early before 8. Almost left and just call.

The pool is always a hit with our kids. We love that this is a pet friendly hotel and we can easily take our dogs outside for potty breaks. The hotel staff is always very pleasant and helpful at the front desk. The pet rooms are laminate floors and we have always arrived to a clean room with no pet smells. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. A lot of hotel guests host parties (sleepovers or birthdays for kids) and they are letting people in the back doors in groups--the kids were running and screaming down the halls at 3am. Our key did not always work when coming in the building, this was a little concerning if I needed to make an urgent entry to avoid danger, it wasn't going to happen--good thing I had my dogs just in case.

I am assuming this location is in the process of updating. The room was clean and had new flooring. We went down to breakfast and the waiter was awesome as well as the gentleman that checked us in. 5 stars for the employees! Our main issue was with the wifi we were never able to connect. We wanted to go back to the room after swimming and relax and use our devices for light browsing and never could connect. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful though. I lived in Bismarck for over 20 years and this location (formerly the raddison) was a top location and now has gone downhill significantly. Im hoping they are still updating and it will return to its former glory lol.

The waterpark and the beds were very good. There was a lady manager that said it was her first day when we arrived that was very warm and accommodating. There was a also a man that worked the desk that went above and beyond. The fan in our room didn’t work. The air conditioning system was very loud.

Room was VERY spacious and the bed was comfortable. AC was great. The toiletries were solid. The hotel was quiet and I appreciated that. The website said there was room service but when I called for room service, I was told it wasn’t offered and not given any suggestions from the front desk.

The pool was awesome, and we had it to ourselves. Great location, walking distance to restaurants and the mall The hotel was very dated, and could use a much needed update. Our tike in tge shower had a huge Crack in it, rust in the tub, no USB charging ports, and tge wifi signal was poor

The pool activity area was fantastic! Our room wreaked of vomit!!! I called to the front desk for housekeeping and they assured me that would come up and at least spray the room with a deodorizer and they never showed up!!! It was awful!!

We liked the pool area. It was very fun for the kids. The room I booked was not the room we got… it was decent enough though but needed some tlc in that particular room. It didn’t look like what the online pictures advertised.

Comfortable bed Not enough pillows, has 3 small pillows per bed, sink and shower didn't drain, door had to be pulled shut hard to close. Had a 2 night stay housekeeping did not restock towels or even check on bathroom supplies

The young man at the front desk was lovely. He was so sweet and offered to help us with our bags and everything. The mall is just across the street and my kids enjoyed the waterslides I wish it had breakfast in the morning
