Astarion and Alister Drabbles Part 20: Beach Episode - multifandomed25 (2024)

“My love, this blindfold trick is starting to get old,” Astarion grumbles as he gets led along the streets of Baldur’s Gate, “besides, I already know about the party, what difference does it make where it’s held?” “If you don’t like it then I can remove it, my star. No surprise is worth more than your comfort,” Alister replies. “No!” Astarion shouts, a hand moving to protect the blindfold covering his eyes. When he realizes that he’s given up his game his ears dip down in embarrassment. “I mean, I’d hate to spoil your fun, darling,” he says as he regains his composure, doing a very poor job of hiding the fact that he likes being surprised. Alister laughs and continues to lead his husband towards the docks. When Astarion smells the ocean and hears the creaking wood under his feet it’s not hard for him to deduce where he is. “Did you rent us a little party boat?” he teases, a smile spreading across his lips. “Please, I have more class than that. You’re warm, though,” Alister replies as he removes Astarion’s blindfold.

Astarion hears a chorus of ‘surprise!’ from his friends as his blindfold is removed. He opens his eyes to see their smiling faces looking down on him from the deck of a large, elegant ship called the Midday Star. Alister pulls a captain’s hat out of his bag and places it on Astarion’s head before putting on one of his own. “You said you wanted to travel the ocean, right?” Alister says with a smile as he gestures to the vessel. “I- you… you bought a whole entire ship! Don’t get me wrong, it’s beautiful, and I love that you named it after me, but darling, there’s absolutely no way we alone can handle such a large vessel,” Astarion says in disbelief. “Are you sure?” Alister replies with a mischievous grin on his face. He whistles and a crew of humanoid automatons lines themselves on either side of the gangplank. “I stand corrected,” Astarion responds. Alister smiles and extends an arm for him. Astarion takes it and lets his husband lead him onto the ship, the automatons saluting them both as they pass by.

“Welcome aboard, captains!” Karlach shouts, giving them a salute of her own before scooping the couple up into a hug. Alister and Astarion smile and allow it to happen, happy to be in the embrace of their best friend. “Gods, it’s good to see you in the light of day again!” she says as she releases the couple from her arms. The automatons reboard the ship behind them, grabbing food and drink and walking around, offering them to everyone. “It’s good to be in the light of day again,” Astarion replies. The rest of their friends come up to congratulate him as well. They all drink and eat and talk, enjoying being together in the sun again for the first time in years. When Alister mentions that their first destination will be a remote island with a beach, Minsc and Karlach both get very excited. “My friends, you must take Minsc with you! Boo has always wanted to take a vacation to one of these places,” Minsc chimes in. “Oh please can we come? I promise to not take up too much space,” Karlach ads, giving Alister puppy dog eyes. “I, uh.. well, I’ll leave that up to Astarion,” Alister stammers. Astarion shoots him a glare before looking at the ground for a moment, thinking. “Well, it is a rather large ship, I suppose one family vacation couldn’t hurt,” he says with a smile, “so, who all wants to come?”

Minsc and Karlach both shoot their hands into the air immediately. “You can convince your dad to give me time off, right?” Karlach whispers to Wyll. “Of course. I think I’ll tag along as well, it’s been a very long time since I’ve had a vacation,” he replies, raising his hand as well. “My students will miss me terribly, but what the hells, I deserve it, assuming Tara can come,” Gale says as he puts a hand in the air. Shadowheart raises her hand as well, saying “I suppose it could be fun.” “Anyone else?” Alister asks, looking around the deck. “I am much too old to be sitting out in the sun, little cub,” Jaheira jests as she shakes her head. “As much as I would love to join, I’m afraid I can’t be gone for that long. The orphans need me,” Halsin adds. “The idea is… enticing, but it would be foolish to trap myself on an ocean vessel. Best to stay where we can be mobile,” Lae’zel explains, her lover looking a little sad to be missing the trip. “So be it. I’ll need to stock more provisions and have the automatons set up guest lodging, so it will be at least 3 days before we can depart. Is that alright with everyone?” Alister asks. Their friends cheer and nod their heads as Astarion kisses his cheek, excited for their little adventure. As everyone leaves Alister gives orders to his automaton crew to prepare for the extra guests before returning home with Astarion.

The next day the couple receives a large, very poorly wrapped package. They take it inside and read the note attached to the top. “Saw this and thought it would be perfect for the trip, so I bought a whole lot of it. Enjoy! Love, Karlach,” Alister reads. They both look at each other and shrug before ripping open the package. When Alister sees what’s inside he physically recoils, causing Astarion to laugh. “What in the hells is that monstrosity?” he asks. Astarion reaches in and holds up a bit of light, breathable fabric, printed all over with vibrant and colorful tropical flowers. “Her sense of style truly is…. something,” Astarion jests. “It’s absolutely horrendous!,” Alister complains, “oh gods, why did she have to do this to me? If it had been from anyone else I would burn it and be done with it.” “Even from me?” Astarion says with a faux sad expression. “Especially from you,” Alister teases, walking over to give him a kiss. He glares down at the box for a moment before reluctantly picking it up. “Ugh, life was so much simpler when I hated everyone. I’ll see what I can do,” he complains as he walks down to his office. He spends the next two days doing his best to make some shirts for everyone, Astarion taking over preparation duties.

The two manage to sneak in a quick visit with their niece and nephew before heading to the ship the day of departure, their friends already waiting by the docks. Alister whistles loudly and the automatons get to work, setting out the gangplank and taking luggage to people’s rooms. The couple now have extravagant outfits to match their captains hats, Alister having already prepared some when he bought the ship. “This is going to be the best vacation ever!” Karlach declares as she runs onto the ship. “Have you ever even been on a vacation, Karlach?” Shadowheart asks, walking on behind her. “No, not really. That’s how I know this will be the best!” Karlach replies, a huge grin on her face. “Minsc agrees!” Minsc chimes in, matching Karlach’s enthusiasm. “I’m glad to see everyone in such good spirits,” Wyll says as he climbs on board, Gale and Tara right behind him. Astarion and Alister are the last to get on board, wanting to make sure everyone and everything else made it onto the ship before the crew pulls in the gangplank. As the automatons get the ship running Alister turns to address the crowd. “Welcome aboard, everyone! This ship and its crew are all equipped with the best magic money can buy, so expect swift and smooth travel. You’ve each been given a private cabin, you’ll find that your belongings have already been brought to them. Our destination is the lovely island of Toaridge-at-the-Sun’s-Setting. Gale I see your hand and yes, I am aware of the sea elves, it shouldn’t be a problem. If you have any questions or need anything at all please do hesitate to ask me, I will not help you. Direct all such worries to our first mate, he’s the automaton with a star painted on his chest. Now, with all that settled, who's ready for a drink?” he says with a smile. With a snap of his fingers the first mate is summoned from below deck, carrying a tray of full champagne flutes. The automaton passes them around, making sure Astarion is the one to receive the red colored “champagne”.

“Alister, it’s not even noon, is alcohol really the best choice?” Gale asks as he reluctantly accepts his glass. “Friend Gale, alcohol is always the best choice,” Alister replies with a wink. When everyone has a glass Astarion raises his up in the air, causing everyone else to do the same. “A toast, to living life to the fullest,” he says before downing his drink. Everyone cheers and follows suite before heading to their cabins to settle in. The trip is just as swift and smooth as Alister promised, the magic imbued in the ship and crew combining well with Alister’s own nature powers to speed through any obstacles. They pass the days idly, talking, playing games, drinking, and having spa nights.

When they get closer to the island they sense the sea elves of Nindrol messing with their ship, but only in a playful manner. Alister throws a rope over the side as an invitation, and a few minutes later a tall, slender, deep green elf appears on the deck. He looks over the gathered crowd briefly before locking eyes with Astarion, the only other full elf on board. “I am Varen, envoy of Nindrol. It is rare for ships to pass through these waters, even rarer for those ships to invite us aboard. What is your business here?” the sea elf asks in heavily accented Elven. “We are but harmless travelers seeking a week's respite on that lovely island of yours. We promise to be gracious guests, and of course are prepared to offer compensation,” Astarion replies, also in Elven. With a whistle he summons an automaton from below deck, bringing forth a small chest. Once the chest is set down the automaton opens it, revealing to Varen that it is full of gold and precious jewels. “That is indeed most gracious. You are free to spend as much time here as you like, my kingdom will not interfere,” the sea elf says as he grabs the chest. As he walks back to the edge of the ship, Astarion grabs Alister’s hand and calls out “oh, and do feel free to come and visit us, darling. My husband and I would love to show you a good time.” Alister doesn’t speak a lick of Elven, but he picks up on the vibe and winks at Varen when he turns around. The elf blushes and smiles at them before hoping back into the sea. “We’re clear for landing,” Astarion says to the group, switching back to common.

“Before we land, Karlach was… gracious.. enough to buy some light fabric for comfortable island wear. It was enough for a shirt each, feel free to change into them,” Alister says, reaching into his bag and handing everyone a neatly wrapped little bundle. When he gets to Karlach he adds, “I may have made some light alterations to a few of them, please don’t be mad.” “I trust you, mate,” she responds with a smile before running off to her cabin. Everyone else leaves to change too, excited to have something fun to wear. When they return Alister and Astarion are dressed for the beach, both wearing matching black and silver swim trunks with their new shirts fully unbuttoned over them, stained glass glasses on their faces to protect their eyes from the sun. Alister’s shirt has been heavily dyed, every bright color turned into a shade of gray or black, leaving the pattern only barely visible, with silver stars embroidered by the collar. Astarion’s shirt has received a similar treatment, though with shades of deep red and bats adorning the collar rather than stars. Most of their friends' shirts have received the monochrome treatment as well, Gale and Tara in various shades of purple, Wyll in shades of yellow and orange, Shadowheart in grays and whites, and Boo in pink. Karlach and Minsc boast the original fabric in all its tacky glory, as much as it pained Alister to do. “If anyone asks, you got these from Carm’s,” Alister pleads as he surveys the group.

“But my friend, why the lie? Minsc is very proud of his friend's fine craftsmanship!” Minsc yells with a wide grin. Alister groans and hides his face in his hands as Astarion laughs. “Oh come on, they’re not that bad,” Shadowheart whispers to Alister. He looks up to see Karlach happily sporting the look and complimenting everyone else’s shirts as well, which makes him feel better. “Alright everyone, we’ll be landing in just a moment. The crew will take care of food and drink, but you’ll need to bring along anything else. Everybody ready?” Alister asks. Their friends all cheer or nod, excited to finally be at the beach. The island has no dock, but there is a thin peninsula that serves the function. When the crew sets out the gangplank Karlach and Minsc run down it, making straight for the nearest patch of sand. “Hey, wait for us!” Gale calls out, running after them with Tara clinging to his shoulder. Everyone else shakes their head in amusem*nt before walking off at a normal pace. The automatons follow behind them, carrying bags of holding and a long table. When they arrive they see that Karlach, Minsc, and Gale have already set out blankets to claim their spots, Gale pouting as cat-like mage hands smother him in white paste. “Tara, I’ve already taken a potion, is this really necessary?” he complains. “Sit still, Mr. Dekarios, I will not have you lecturing your class looking like a tomato,” the tressym responds, her mage hands not letting up in the slightest. Alister sets out a large blanket for Astarion and himself before drinking a radiant resistant potion, Astarion already being protected from sunburn (and tanning) by his radiant resistant wedding ring. Wyll and Shadowheart claim their own spots in the sand as the automatons get to work behind them, setting the table down and putting various bottles of spirits upon it, cutting open coconuts and juicing fresh fruits as they prepare drinks.

It only takes a few minutes before the automatons have a line of fruity, boozy drinks set out, blasting them with ice magic to make them cold. Only one is left warm, a dark red drink with a little bat carved into the coconut cup. “Drinks are ready!” Alister announces, grabbing one for himself and passing the special one to Astarion. Everyone happily grabs their own and takes a sip. “This is fantastic! What is it called?” Wyll asks before sipping it again. “Uhhhh, I have no idea, actually. I just told them to make something good,” Alister replies with a shrug. “Let’s call it fruit punch. You know, because it’s made of fruit, but also packs a punch,” Karlach suggests, punching the air for emphasis. “Yes, Minsc likes this name!” Minsc yells. “Fruit punch it is!” Wyll says with a smile.

Alister looks to the sea and sees a green head poke above the water, watching them. He grabs an extra drink and a piece of wood and sets it on the water, floating it toward the sea elf with a wink. The head dips back below the surface, but he sees the drink get dragged away by something under the water. “Seems you have an admirer,” Astarion teases, giving Alister a kiss on the cheek. “Oh please, you started it,” Alister replies, pulling Astarion closer for a full kiss. Karlach drinks her fruit punch as fast as she can before stripping down to her bathing suit and running into the water. “Come on, you cowards, the water feels great!” she calls back. “Minsc is no coward! Boo, watch over things here,” Minsc shouts. He strips down as well, revealing nothing but a tight speedo, before diving in after her. “Well, I admire his confidence, at least,” Shadowheart muses. Gale moves to take off his shirt, but gets stopped by Tara. “Uh uh, Mr. Dekarios, you must wait 15 minutes before swimming,” she chides. “I only had a few sips!” Gale responds. Tara just stares him down until he relents, sitting back down in his spot. Wyll takes off his shirt and runs into the water as well. “Come on you two, let loose a little!” Wyll shouts to Alister and Astarion. They both look at each other before downing their drinks and stripping to their trunks, happily running after their friends.

The five splash about while Shadowheart cheers them on from the shore, Gale continuously glancing at Tara as he waits to join them. Minsc turns to Karlach with a mischievous grin. “My friend, Minsc challenges you to a duel of chickens! Pick your champion!” he declares. “Oh, you’re on! Alister, get over here!” Karlach replies. Alister swims over and is swiftly picked up by the larger tiefling, being placed on her shoulders. “What’s happening?” he asks, but receives no answer. Minsc looks between Wyll and Astarion and grabs the latter, throwing him onto his shoulders before he can protest. “A battle between lovers!” he cheers with glee. Wyll notices what’s happening and laughs at the couple, saying “ha, this ought to be good” as he swims back a ways. “What ought to be good?” Alister calls out just as Astarion asks “a battle? What battle?” “Just push him into the water, mate,” Karlach whispers up to her ‘champion’. Alister and Astarion both give each other a confused look as Minsc and Karlach push them together. “Ummm…. aaaahh?” Alister says as he gives his husband a purposefully weak push on the shoulder. “Come on, fight him!” Karlach yells up. Astarion overhears this and reaches a hand over to caress Alister’s chin. “Come here, my love,” he coos as he pulls him in for a kiss. Alister can’t help but melt into it, leaving him completely vulnerable. Astarion smiles and ceases the opportunity, pushing his husband hard on the shoulders and sending him toppling backward into the water.

“Oh come on, that’s totally a foul! Ref, call it!” Karlach complains to Wyll. “I’m sorry Karlach, the only rule is that you lose if your champion hits the water,” he replies with a grin. Minsc and Astarion cheer their victory as Karlach helps her friend get up. Alister playfully glares up at Astarion, finding his footing in the sand and readying his wings before propelling himself up and forward, grabbing Astarion and pulling them both into the sea. “Foul for unsportsmanlike conduct!” Wyll yells in jest, making himself laugh as Karlach glares at him. Minsc stands confused as the couple stand up behind him, Alister pulling Astarion in for an apology kiss. Gale finally runs into the water to join them, Shadowheart seeming content to stay laying out on the shore. “Alright, my turn to challenge,” Karlach says with a grin, “a race to the end of the ‘dock’, winner gets bragging rights.” “Minsc will leave you all in the dust!” Minsc declares, readying himself for the swim. “This hardly seems fair, I only just relearned how to swim, and Alister has wings that’ll drag him down,” Astarion complains. “I’m sure it will prove to be fun regardless, my fanged friend. Let’s get this competition under way!” Gale replies. Astarion rolls his eyes but prepares for the race anyway, Alister at his side.

“Everybody ready?” Wyll asks. When he sees nods all around he turns his head forward, prepared to take off. “Three, two, one, go!” he shouts before diving forward. Everyone swims off as fast as they can, Karlach and Wyll taking the lead while Minsc, Astarion, and Alister fall behind. Alister can see that his husband is struggling to get his form right and decides to ‘even the playing field’ a little. He transforms into a dolphin, easily catching up to Astarion and swimming at his side, indicating with his nose that he wants him to get on. “Ha! You little cheater,” Astarion says as he grabs onto Alister’s fin as tight as he can. His husband secured, Alister rips through the waves, easily catching up to and surpassing the rest of the crew. When they get to the finish line Alister transforms back, kissing his husband before joining him in celebrating their victory, jeering at the others about how slow they are. As they wait for their friends Astarion feels a presence behind them and turns around to see Varen staring at Alister, still a ways off but closer than before. He taps Alister on the shoulder to get him to turn around and see him too. With a quick smile at each other they both turn to the sea elf and blow a kiss, causing him to blush and dip back below the waves. “It’s adorable when they’re shy,” Astarion laughs before turning his attention back to their friends. Karlach is the next to reach them, Wyll coming in right behind her. “I don’t remember saying you could use magic, you cheat!” Karlach complains. “You never said I couldn’t,” Alister responds with a mischievous grin. “You little stinker,” she replies, playfully splashing water in his face. Minsc and Gale tie for last, both of them struggling to come up with a good excuse as to why. “I think we’ve all earned ourselves another drink and some lunch, let’s return to the shore,” Alister suggests once they’ve all caught their breaths.

They swim back at a leisurely pace this time, enjoying their time in the water. Back on shore they find that the automatons have crafted more of the fruity drinks, as well as some plates of sandwiches, which everyone happily takes part in. With everyone back in sight one of the crew pulls out a canvas and paints out of its bag, starting on a painting of everyone enjoying their time in the sun, at Alister’s request. As he walks back to the blanket to eat, Alister notices that the wood and drink he had sent out earlier has reappeared in the sand, the cup now empty. He sets his food and drink down next to Astarion before going back to the table, grabbing another plate and drink and setting them on the wood, pushing it back out into the sea. Just as before he sees something under the water pull it out of sight. “You’re such a flirt,” Astarion teases as he returns to the blanket and sits down to eat. Alister rolls his eyes and takes a bite of his sandwich. “I’m just being polite to our host. If he decides he’d like to give us a private tour, that’s completely on him,” he replies with a coy smile. The group eat, drink, and chat for a while before getting back to playing.

Shadowheart, Karlach, Alister, and Astarion set themselves near the water as they build sculptures in the sand, the boys working on an elegant castle while the girls make little animals of varying degrees of identifiability. Minsc and Boo challenge Gale and Wyll to a game of volleyball, Boo doing surprisingly well for his size, while Tara naps on Gale’s abandoned shirt. As he’s working on the castle’s moat Astarion notices something washing up on shore just behind them and goes to check it out. It’s the same piece of wood as Alister sent out earlier, this time returning with the empty cup, empty plate, and two blue-green potions with a note attached. “I know of a beautiful place under the sea, rarely seen by those of the surface. I’d like to take you and your husband there. If you are interested, meet me here after sundown, bring the potions” he reads from the note, written in Elven. When he looks up to the water all he manages to see is a brief flash of green and a small splash. He pockets the potions and walks back to the castle to relay the message to Alister. “Well, I’m up for it if you are, my star,” Alister says as he looks up from his work. “My love, you know I’m always down for private tours with handsome gentlemen,” Astarion replies with a wink. The two kiss before returning their attention to the sand, determined to show up their friends. They all spend the rest of the day switching between relaxing and playing, Minsc looking like a lobster by dinner time because he was convinced he didn’t need any protection from the sun (as it’s much too far away to attack him). After dinner everyone returns to the ship for more drinks, Alister reluctantly healing Minsc until his skin no longer burns.

When the sun has been down for a short while, Alister and Astarion excuse themselves for a “night swim”. “Minsc would love a swim!” Minsc shouts, standing up to join them. Karlach shoots them a sympathetic look and grabs Minsc by the arm to push him back down. “Trust me, mate, you’ll be happier here,” she says. Alister shoots her an appreciative smile before slipping away with his husband. On the way down to the beach Alister pulls out and casts two scrolls of Tongues, “to make things easier”. He also casts Water Breathing on the both of them, just in case the potions are duds. When they arrive they see that Varen is already there, sitting by the water. “I’m glad to see you came,” Alister says playfully. Varen jumps and falls back into the water, blushing hard as he picks himself back up. “You.. speak Sea Evlen?” he asks. “Only for the next hour or so, we used the cheaters method,” Alister replies with a smile, letting a few sparks of magic light his fingers for emphasis. “Ah, of course, I- I appreciate it,” Varen stammers. “No need to be nervous, darling. We only bite when asked,” Astarion teases. The sea elf's blush now reaches his ears. “I, uhh, umm… follow me,” he replies before quickly diving in the water. A second later he pops back up, saying “oh! The potions I gave you, go ahead and take them, if you’d like to breathe.” The two politely down their potions and join him in the water, Alister tucking his wings close to his back to make it easier to swim.

Varen leads the couple down into the dark depths, purposefully keeping a slow pace to keep himself in their sight. “It’s just a little further,” Varen assures them, clearly still nervous. “Your hair looks even more gorgeous beneath the waves,” Alister flirts. The sea elf blushes further, stammering out a quiet thanks before continuing forward. Alister and Astarion delight in Varen’s adorable nerves, smiling at each other. A few minutes later they reach the outside of an underwater cave. “It’s just through here,” Varen says before ducking inside, the couple following close behind. The thin cave quickly opens up into a large cavern, the walls lined completely with different colors of bioluminescent algae and moss. Alister and Astarion look around, eyes wide with wonder. The light reflects off of Astarion’s eyes, Alister’s scars, and Varen’s hair, making them appear as though they’re glowing as well. “It’s beautiful,” Alister and Astarion both say at the same time. “You are beautiful,” Varen responds, more confident now that he’s in a place he’s familiar with. He swims up to Alister, reaching a hand out slowly. Alister nods his permission and Varen moves forward, grabbing the end of one of his wings and gently unfurling it.

“I have seen others of your kind, but never one like you. Do you have dragon’s blood?” he asks. “Ha, I wish! Just a remnant of some ancestors' worryingly close dealings with the hells,” Alister replies. Varen continues to examine him, swimming around to pull both wings out to their full span. “Such majesty, I would have taken you as an envoy of the heavens,” Varen continues. Alister can’t help but blush. Astarion smiles and doesn’t interject, knowing how much this reaction must mean to his husband, who is so used to being damned as a devil. Varen pets the film of Alister’s wings, causing him to shiver.
—————————————

“May I kiss you, little angel?” he asks. “Yes,” Alister whispers. Varen smiles before swimming down, planting gentle kisses along one of Alister’s wings, Astarion swimming over to the other. Alister can’t help but shiver whenever one of the men kiss a sensitive spot, causing them both to smile. “Please..” Alister whimpers, wanting more. He reaches his hands out to both men, caressing their waists and lightly tugging at the only clothes they have on. Varen immediately complies, tearing his clothes off and letting them float to the other side of the cavern. Astarion shuffles out of his trunks as well, tossing them in the same direction Varen did. The sea elf can’t help but tug at Alister’s trunks now, his kisses getting a little more desperate.

“Please, little angel, let me worship you,” he begs. Alister nods and Varen pushes his hand below the waistline, eagerly playing with Alister’s t-dick as he kisses him on the lips. Alister moans, tail unconsciously wrapping around the other man’s waist. The two look over at Astarion to invite him in. “Come here, let me please you both,” Varen pleads. Astarion nods and swims closer, Varen using his free hand to stroke his hard-on. The couple wrap their arms around the sea elf, kissing his lips and body as the grind against his hands. Alister’s tail teases Varen’s erection before moving further down, teasing his hole. “Please, little angel,” Varen wimpers. Alister smiles and pushes his tail in, causing the man to throw his head back in pleasure. The couple pulls him closer, Alister moving his tail in and out as he and his husband continue to be pleasured. Alister looks at Astarion and smiles in silent communication, knowing each other well enough to not need to speak.

Astarion removes the other elfs hand and swims behind him, kissing his back. Alister and Astarion both move to whisper into his ear, one on each side. “I want you,” they both say in unison, smiling as the sea elf shivers. Alister removes his tail as he pulls his trunks off, tossing them to the side. He wraps his legs around the other men, silently begging. Varen kisses him deeply as he thrusts inside, moaning loudly. He reaches a hand behind him to pull Astarion closer, inviting him in. Astarion pulls the two men closer as he enters the other elf, whispering “good boy” in his ear as he does. He reaches an arm around to push below his husband’s waist, playing with his t-dick as he gets f*cked. Alister wraps his arms and legs tightly around both men, keeping them in place as they thrust into each other. His tail sneaks its way to Astarion’s ass, pushing itself in to give him even more pleasure. Their bodies crash together, moans creating bubbles around them as they float in the water.

“f*ck….” Varen whispers between kisses, overcome with lust. He reaches out to caress Alister’s wings, spending extra time on the areas that made him shiver before. Alister can’t help but whimper, tightening his thighs to pull the sea elf in deeper, pulling Astarion deeper too. Varen’s head snaps back in pleasure, mind swimming. “You both feel… ah!” he whimpers, too overcome with passion to finish the thought. “Hold on a little longer, we’re not done with you yet,” Alister moans, causing Varen to wrap his arms around his waist, holding on for dear life. The couple quickens their pace, smiling at each other over Varen’s shoulder. “Please, I-,” Varen begs, his body shivering with anticipation. Alister thrusts his tail harder while Astarion strokes his husband’s t-dick faster, pushing each other to their limits. When they can see in each other’s eyes that they’re close they both lean forward, lips to Varen’s ears as they whisper in unison “cum for me.” The sea elf screams with pleasure, Alister and Astarion reaching their climaxes a moment later. Alister’s wings flap wildly in the water as he c*ms, sending the three of them spinning. When they come down from their high they all laugh, still tumbling through the water. Alister pushes his wings out to steady them, saying “I’m sorry, it’s difficult to control them at moments like this”. “Do not apologize, little angel. It is an honor to be at your wing’s mercy,” Varen responds very genuinely. He turns around to face Astarion, continuing “you are very lucky to be blessed with a husband such as this.” “Yes, I am,” he responds, smiling at Alister.
———————————-

The three snuggle for a long while, taking in the beauty of the cave. “My love, as much as I don’t want to, we should return to the surface. Wouldn’t want our friend’s to think we’ve drowned,” Astarion mutters. “Uggrrh, I hate when you’re right sometimes,” Alister groans, unwrapping himself from the other men so he can put his trunks back on. Astarion follows suit, Varen looking at them with a confused expression. He says something to them in Sea Evlen, but they can no longer understand him. “f*ck, spell must’ve worn off. Will you thank him for us, my star?” Alister asks. Astarion nods and switches to Evlen, saying to Varen “apologies darling, the spell has worn off. We need to be going before our friend’s begin to worry, but we thank you for showing us this place, and for everything else,” Astarion says with a wink. “The pleasure was all mine,” he responds. “We’ll be back at the beach in the morning, if you’d like to join us,” Astarion adds. “With all those other people?” Varen asks nervously. “And more of those fruity drinks,” Astarion continues. Varen goes silent for a moment. “I shall think about it. I will be more than happy to meet the two of you in private again, of course,” he says, “now, let me lead you back to the beach, these waters are hard for outsiders to navigate.” They all swim back to shore, Astarion relaying the conversation to Alister as they swim back.

Alister and Astarion both give Varen a goodnight kiss before returning to land, the sea elf diving back beneath the waves. When they return to the ship they find that everyone is still awake, drunk off their asses. “So, how was your ‘swim’?” Karlach asks with a laugh. “You both reek of seaweed,” Tara complains, scrunching up her nose. “We had a lovely time, thank you for asking,” Alister replies with a mischievous grin. The couple grab themselves some drinks and join their friends in their revelry, taking their teasing with grace. “Leave some for the single people next time, greedy little assholes,” Gale slurs out, causing everyone to laugh. They talk for a few hours before finally heading to bed, Alister and Astarion taking a quick bath before sleeping, a new painting hanging above their bed. The next morning Alister has to cure some hangovers before everyone is ready for the beach, Astarion sending the automatons ahead of them to set up. They spend the morning laying out in the sun, a combination of reading, snacking, and napping. After lunch they decide it’s time to make poor decisions again, indulging in more fruit punch. Astarion notices a green head pop up near the shore and waves, encouraging their new friend to come ashore. Varen hesitates, but eventually comes on land, enticed by the fruity drinks.

Everyone has a spectacular week, Alister and Astarion sneaking off most nights for more ‘night swims’. They’re all a bit sad when the ship sails away, the couple promising Varen that they’ll come back to visit. When they return to Baldur’s Gate they say their goodbyes, only intending to stay for a few hours to re-supply. “Don’t be strangers, all right?” Karlach says as she gives them a big hug. “We won’t, sister,” Alister says, eyes going wide as he realizes what he said, “I mean, uhh..” Karlach tears up as she pulls him even closer, saying “I’d be happy to have you as a brother.” Alister can’t help but tear up as well as he melts into the embrace. “We’ll come and visit soon, I promise. I promise all of you,” he says as he steps away from the embrace. Astarion pulls him into a comforting hug as their friends make their ways home. “I love you,” he whispers. “I love you too, my star. Let’s go see the world,” Alister replies, kissing his husband before leading him back onto their ship.
